Mr. Shlifer is an expert consultant in sustainable design and the LEED certification process. From inception through occupancy, he guides project teams and stakeholders towards the design, construction and operations and maintenance (O+M) of sustainable built environments and Performance Green Buildings. His 17 years of experience immersed in the Green Building Movement and intimacy with sustainability strategies, methods, practices, materials, systems, products and the LEED Rating Systems give him the ideal skill-set to consult in the creation of economically viable performance built environments.
