I've worked in the sustainable construction consulting industry since October of 2018.
In that time, I've earned 2 LEED AP credentials (2020), as well as the LEED for Homes Green Rater designation (Nov 2022). In addition, I am a certified HERS Rater (RESNT 2023), and a Certified Indoor Environmentalist (ACAC 2021).
Besides my certifications, I have been learning how to add value to construction projects as a consultant beyond just getting the building certifications and financial incentives. I'm asking the question how we can also help our projects to come in "on-time and under budget".
