Isaiah Ike Cottle MSRE

Orlando, FL

A native of Florida’s Space Coast, Isaiah “Ike” Cottle has been a part of the Orlando community since 2006; having moved to east Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida. Upon the spring 2010 completion of his B.S.B.A. in Finance, Mr. Cottle started his career by interning for Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, a leading capital markets firm. During that time, he also began his Professional Masters of Science in Real Estate at the University of Central Florida's Executive Development Center in downtown Orlando. After completion of his internship at H.F.F., Mr. Cottle worked briefly for Integra Realty Resources in Orlando, then accepted an offer to work for Jerry Smalley as Site Acquisitions and Sales at The Sofran Group, a regional retail development firm, in late 2010.

Upon completion of his M.S.R.E. in late 2011, Mr. Cottle elected to travel internationally and resided in Berlin, Germany for 8 months. In early 2013, he joined Realty Capital and formed a commercial real estate brokerage team with Erik Vasquez and Bob Thollander specializing in buyer and tenant representation.
