Mr. Burke holds a B.S. in Geology and Physics from Youngstown State University (Youngstown, Ohio), a M.S. in Geology with Geophysics specification from the University of Akron (Akron, Ohio), and is unfinished on a Ph.D. in Hydrogeology with specification in Engineering Geology and Numerical Modeling/Hydrogeology at Kent State University (Kent, Ohio). Mr. Burke has more than 30 years of professional experience and project management in business and environmental consulting including geophysics, hydrogeology, water resource evaluation, regulatory compliance, engineering geology, underground storage tanks, RCRA Part B applications, RCRA closure, RCRA remediation, remediation design, groundwater monitoring, groundwater sampling, groundwater monitoring well installation and development, and a few large environmental construction projects. Mr. Burke holds a Professional Geoscientist license in Texas by ASBOG examination and has performed environmental work in 48 of 50 of the United States. Mr. Burke has Project Manager to Executive skills through progressively more responsible work from the early-1980s. Mr. Burke's skill set also includes computers, networks and traditional IT work across his involvement with the various companies.
