Jeremy is an experienced Project Manager at BNIM with a deep passion for green building, historic preservation, and social equity. He has served as the primary sustainability and LEED consultant on dozens of projects worldwide, and serves as a volunteer leader nationally with Design Corps and with the USGBC Central Plains MLAB.

At BNIM, Jeremy has focused on the adaptive reuse, renovation, and expansion of historic buildings in Downtown Kansas City into K-8 Charter Schools — Crossroads Academy and Quality Hill Academy — as well as feasibility studies for the Lyric Opera building for the YMCA and Laugh-O-Gram Studio, Walt Disney’s first animation studio.

Jeremy also led the Bancroft School Revitalization, a project developed by a strategic partnership between Dalmark Group and Make It Right, which resulted in the historic renovation of an abandoned Kansas City school and new construction, providing a neighborhood with affordable and LEED Platinum-certified apartments, a health clinic, neighborhood association offices, and other facilities.
