John Decina, LEED AP, Program Director Green Path Corp a GBCI Education Provider.
With over 15 years in the Materials & Resources field I have served as Project Manager on several LEED Projects, and co-authored the Construction Waste Management Plan for the 9/11 National Museum & Memorial. A partner in Green Path Corp, who has recently been designated Training Provider by the State of NJ's Labor & Workforce Development, I am currently Instructing the NJ Building Trades in LEED principals and other related sustainable building systems. I also teach at several community colleges both LEED Principles and GBCI CMP Programs. Green Path is the consultant on both The Rogers Locomotive Community Center - the first LEED Registered Project in the Great Falls Historic District and the McGinley Sq Redevopment winner of the 2012 Smart Growth Award and registered for LEED ND.
