7-years working in the architecture profession, primarily in Seattle. Project Architect at HyBrid Architecture + Assembly (an architect, general contractor, & development firm), Registered Architect & Designer at Runberg Architecture Group, & Designer for various firms on the West Coast & internationally. Key client experience at these offices include working on a diverse range of projects for Vulcan, Equity Residential, other great West Coast developers, real estate investment trusts, institutions, & many other clients big & small.

Projects for these clients included single family homes, multi-family residences, townhouses, row houses, urban mixed-use buildings, tenant improvement projects, remodels, historic preservation projects, master planning, offices, hospitality projects, towers, mid-rise buildings, low-rise buildings, university projects, confidential studies or projects, institutional projects, & government projects.

A wide range of construction systems & project delivery methods were employed for these architecture projects including typical site-built construction, prefab modular, design-build, & design-develop-build. Key projects also rated as high as LEED Platinum to meet energy & sustainability goals. The scale of these projects ranged from 200 square feet to over 1 million square feet & the construction budgets ranged from 10 thousand dollars to over 300 million dollars.

Lemons Architecture PLLC is licensed to be the architect of record for any type of project & any size of project in the state of Washington. Outside of Washington, this firm is licensed to be the design architect. Jonathan Lemons has NCARB national certification so licensing reciprocity can be arranged for clients interested in this office also serving as architect of record for projects in other states or countries. Lemons Architecture is structured as a PLLC (Professional Limited Liability Company) & it is insured for 2-million dollars aggregate for any potential project claims per year.
