Jordan joined ESa in 2017 and focuses on the development of primarily mixed use hospitality and residential projects from design through construction. Jordan also leads ESa’s sustainability committee and has experience managing several
initiatives including the advancement of the firm’s commitment to AIA 2030 goals. Using an iterative process diversified across design team members, he translates conceptual designs into coordinated construction documents and specifications. Having worked on several hotels, condos and restaurants in the New York City area, he has designed at scales ranging from 48-story owers to restaurant interiors for projects ranging from completely new construction to adaptive reuse. He also possesses a breadth of experience in regulatory compliance, sustainability and REVIT management. He believes that excellent client service is demonstrating the ability to listen to and then translate the client’s needs and wants into functional, beautiful buildings,
while simultaneously respecting their budget and vision.
