Josh McIlwain's professional career spans two decades in the facilities services industry working for clients in government, healthcare, higher education, K-12, retail, distribution, property management, tech, and commercial industry. His background includes Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, Safety, Training, Policy and Strategy. He serves as chair of the Sustainability Committee of the Denver Chapter of the International Facility Managers Association (IFMA). His passions are rooted in giving back to the community through charity, fundraising, volunteering, coaching and acts of kindness. For fun, he plays ice hockey, practices martial arts, climbs 14’ers, plays music and practices ceramics and pottery, and enjoys gardening and cooking. He believes deeply in giving compassion, grace, and forgiveness - - in turn experiencing joy, peace, and contentment. What he's most proud of however, is being a father to his 14-year son.
