Leticia SooHoo

Leticia SooHoo is a California licensed architect, green building expert and
educator. She is a faculty member of the Academy of Art University School of
Architecture, teaching an architecture studio and sustainable design workshops. She has lectured in schools and organizations widely on topics of sustainable design and sustainability.

Leticia has a deep understanding of architecture and its implications - from
the beauty of architecture to the environmental impact of buildings. Her
experience is a blend of design sensibility and technical building expertise.

With a background in architectural design, urban planning, green building
design, and sustainability planning, Ms. SooHoo has been involved in many
architectural projects in various scales and complexity, with clients from
the federal government (GSA), federal and local governments, schools, to
commercial clients. She as an extensive knowledge of the LEED and CHPS
certification process and green project management. She has been involved in
more than 25 LEED and CHPS projects.
