Nicholas Constant

Born in New York City and raised/educated in Singapore for the first 20 years
of my life.

I am an International Consultant that specializes in three areas…

First, is in my representations in the "Sustainable Development" arena of
green and blue, high performance technologies specific to Urban and Rural:
Water & Sanitation, BioFuels, and Robotic Parking for Residential,
Commercial, Municipal, Industrial and Institutional applications.

Second, I am a “Worldwide Ambassador” for my Clients - with emphasis on
Asia-Pacific... whether for discussions with Governments and any of their
Agencies or the private sector. I also help to establish/expand their
business internationally and additionally with global sourcing and locating,
project management… among other services.

Third, lies in my diverse expertise, and global relationships… I help to
arrange - Joint Ventures, and even P3’s (Public-Private Partnerships) in
virtually any industry or sector, however... it must contain the critical
elements of sustainability and global responsibility.

I am proud and privileged to say that I come from a prominent Singaporean
family whereby my family’s history dates back to the founding of Singapore
and have always been closely tied to the Singapore Government.

I am the only child of the first Miss Singapore - Christl D’Cruz - who was
also a Miss World International semi-finalist; nephew to our late President
of Singapore - Dr. Benjamin Sheares; and also nephew to our late Senior
Member of Parliament and Minister of Law - E.W. Barker.

I have, and still travel extensively around the world. I have also lived
part-time over several years in Australia and the UK. I grew up closely with
prominent business families in Singapore, as well as Malaysia, the
Philippines, India, Thailand and the United Kingdom.

I have been traveling to Las Vegas every year since 1974, and made it my home
base beginning in 1999.

I am a Global Citizen.
