Omar Ramirez Hernandez

Graduated from La Salle University in México City as a Mechanical Engineer, specialized in efficient energy systems, Omar has worked for the past 20 years in Mexico, the Caribbean and The Bahamas where he currently manages a design, consulting, engineering, maintenance and service and construction firm specialized in HVAC, BAS, and licensed in Plumbing and Fire Protection.
Omar made his debut in Net Zero in 2011 while working in conjunction with a local contractor building a residence in Nassau and LEED back in 2008 while being the Project Director of the MPFP (Mechanical/HVAC, BAS, Plumbing and Fire Protection) component of the first LEED building aiming for certification in The Bahamas.
