Paul Lilley

Paul is responsible for the implementation of Transwestern’s operating
procedures, including safety training and energy management for engineering
staff in the Southern California area. He conducts physical site inspections,
performs due diligence to provide reports on technical and operational
issues, provides capital improvement recommendations, construction
managementand supervision of new and existing assignments. Paul is also instrumental inmanaging Transwestern’s ENERGY STAR® and LEED® programs.

Paul has over 25 years of commercial real estate facility management
experience including expertise in energy management, construction management,
operations, capital projects and asbestos inspection/remediation.

Paul is an active member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC)
and its Orange County chapter. He also serves on the sustainability council
for the Los Angeles chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association
(BOMA), as well as its International Codes & Standards Committee and
Preparedness Committee.

Paul received his LEED Professional Accreditation from the Green Building
Council Institute (GBCI). Paul is a Certified Environmental Specialist and
also earned his certification in building automation controls from Orange
Coast College, and received EPA Rule 608 Universal Certification from Ferris
State University.
