Pete Choquette was an 18-year veteran of the architecture and sustainability consulting industry. After growing frustrated with traditional practice, he returned to Georgia Tech to complete a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development in 2022. He is the founding principal of Solsbury Hill Development and its sister design firm, Centripetal Works. These new ventures seek to create a new model of practice as architect-developers that supports and accelerates the world’s transition toward triple bottom line sustainability and prove the strategic deployment of design and capital together in unified vision can create healthier, more equitable, and more prosperous communities.
