Shane Williams

Tulsa, OK

Mr. Williams has worked in the energy management and demand response
industries for four years. Additionally, he has over four years of marketing
and project management experience in the government, education and
philanthropic fields.

He currently works for ICF International as an Associate in the Commercial &
Industrial - Energy Efficiency department. His role focuses on working for
utility sponsored energy efficiency programs centered on the Commercial and
Industrial markets. Presently, he assists with the Public Service Company of
Oklahoma (AEP-PSO) in their High Performance Business Program. This program
provides services and rebates to incentivize clients to become more energy
efficient. More information can be found on the program's website at

Mr. Williams obtained his B.S. in Business Administration Management and
Economics Pre-Law from Oklahoma State University in 2008. In 2012, he
received his M.S. in International Studies-International Business and
Economic Relations, also at Oklahoma State University. Further, Mr. Williams
has studied European Union Business Culture and Systems, overseas at the
Burgundy School of Business in Dijon, France.

Mr. Williams has also earned certifications as a Lean & Green Practitioner
(CLGP), from the Lean Institute at the University of Oklahoma in 2011, as
well as the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, from the
Project Management Institute in 2013.

and green practices, proposals, communications, reporting, marketing
materials, website content & design, presentations, database organization and
software analysis.
