Taylor Ralph founded REAL Building Consultants in April 2012, after previously serving as co-founder and Vice-President at REAL Building Group, running it ’s commercial design and LEED consulting service arm since 2007. His experience in the design and construction of sustainable buildings of all types, along with his client-focused approach to consulting allows him to deliver effective services to Developers, Owners, Architects, Engineers and end-users.

Taylor received a Masters in International Business from the University of Florida, where he focused his studies on Sustainable Business Development. In 2006, Taylor co-founded REAL Building Group, a St. Petersburg, FL based Design/Build firm specializing in creating high-performance custom residential and small commercial projects.

Over 5 years of experience in the design and construction of green and LEED certified buildings covers a diverse range of projects throughout the Gulf Coast of Florida and beyond. Past projects include certifying the first LEED for New Construction certified building in Pasco County (achieving Silver certification), as well as the first LEED for Homes Gold project in the state of Florida.

Taylor currently serves on the Governing Council of the U.S. Green Building Council’s Tampa Bay Branch, and was previously a Committee Chair for the Chapter. He frequently is a guest speaker and participant in green building and sustainable development-related events.
