Tricia Loe is President of Sustainable Partners, a consulting firm that enhances their clients’ ability to build and operate sustainable buildings. Her experience includes successfully managing dozens of LEED projects, energy modeling for new and existing buildings, and performing building commissioning to ensure that building systems operate per design. Tricia enjoys helping her clients achieve and often exceed their sustainability goals.
Tricia received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from LSU and an MBA from SMU.

- Commercial Third-Party Verifier for the City of Dallas Green Building Program
- Building Energy Simulation Analyst (BESA)

Committed to transforming the built environment, Tricia is an active leader in the North Texas USGBC chapter, Co-Facilitator for the Living Building Challenge North Texas Collaborative, Chair-Elect of the AIA Dallas Committee on the Environment (COTE), and is active in several other professional organizations.
