Ally Charlotte Center is a 26-story office tower that bridges the gap between Uptown and South End in Charlotte, NC. The full city block was developed by Crescent Communities and includes 750,000 square feet of office space, 30,000 square feet of ground-level retail, a 12,000 square foot public plaza with live oak tree relocated from Johns Island, SC, an allée of 14 ginkgo trees, and 1,400-space parking garage. The office tower features unique tenant amenities designed to improve employee health by providing a flexible workspace and connected environment.
