Business Centre 3Bures-1,2 is an A Class office building centrally located in the downtown of Vilnius in close proximity to the major transportation routes. The property, consisting of two towers: a twenty four story tower and a sixteen story tower and 3 additional floors on a 6floor building all interconnected at the 1st and 6th floor. It was constructed in 2008 and provides office space for approximately two thousand office employees. This building features an advanced BMS system, highly reflective roof, high share of renewable energy supply, strict policies with respect to local sourcing, indoor air quality systems, highly efficient water fixtures, onsite bicycle racks, shower facilities, green cleaning policies. The project is the first building in the Baltics to receive LEED Platinum award in the Existing Buildings category, and the second property in Lithuania to reach this certification level. It has recently been recertified to a LEED Platinum O+M v4 system, which proved quality of building after 5 years of its' initial certification.
