Centro de Negocios Cronos is the fifth LEED EBOM certification by Inversiones Centenario SAA. It achieved LEED Gold with 63 points awarded on July of 2017. Centenario does not only hold the title of achieving the first LEED EBOM project in Peru but it is also the real estate developer with most LEED certifications of office buildings in the country.
