One intangible benefit experienced by the project’s team was a deeper understanding of the property, building systems, and operations. Making positive changes that benefited tenants, property owners, managing teams and the environment also made teams more self-assured and conscientious.

The City Tower, formerly the Citibank´s headquarters in Brazil, is a well-known 29-story office building located in the downtown area of Rio de Janeiro. Built in 1983 it has over 1,890 full-time employees and 275,464 sf2 of rentable Class A Office space. The building owner, São Carlos, is one of Brazil's leading and most traditional commercial real estate investment firms. The Company believes in sustainable development, acting on the purchase, management, leasing and sale of well-located office buildings.
