CP City Gardens #1 is a 340,530 SF warehouse facility located in Garden City, Georgia. It is part of the project portfolio of CenterPoint Properties. CenterPoint focuses on the acquisition, management and sustainable development of industrial property and transportation infrastructure that enhances business and government supply chain efficiency. This is one of three buildings within a master site plan for CenterPoint Properties that is a logistical hub for the southeastern US. All are or will be LEED Silver certified. CenterPoint believes it is their responsibility to make the world greener, which is why they offer their tenants spaces like this and other unique spaces within their portfolio.
