Crossing is one of the Capitol Riverfront’s newest upscale apartment residences. It is located steps from Nationals Park, diverse restaurants and multiple forms of public transportation.
Several sustainability goals were included as part of the project design, such as reducing water usage, increasing energy efficiency, improving air quality and utilizing regional materials. In addition, Crossing's unique design maximizes daylight and street views from every apartment. It includes approximately 35,000 square feet of exterior amenity space featuring a landscaped rooftop and four outdoor courtyards all designed with native and adaptive species that eliminate the need for irrigation.
