Real 10 is the first office building LEED EBOM certification in Peru. It was accomplished by Inversiones Centenario SAA. It achieved LEED Silver with 54 points, awarded on March of 2014. Centenario does not only hold the title of achieving the first LEED EBOM project in Peru but it’s also the real estate developer with most LEED certifications of office buildings in the country.
