Real 6 is one of the first three office buildings with LEED EBOM campus certification in Peru. It was accomplished by Inversiones Centenario SAA. It achieved LEED Gold with 61 points awarded on December of 2016. Centenario does not only hold the title of achieving the first LEED EBOM project in Peru but it is also the real estate developer with most LEED certifications of office buildings in the country.
