Project info

Size1,003,459 sq ft

Built in 1985 and designed by the world class architectural firm of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, Ernst & Young Plaza is a 41 story, 915,000 square foot granite and glass tower situated at the hub of Los Angeles' central business district. The project has been owned and managed by Brookfield for ten years. Ernst and Young Plaza boasts an impressive 72 percent alternative commuting rate, thanks to the building's proximity to transit hubs and amenities such as retail stores, restaurants, and green spaces. The interior layout of the building was designed with occupant comfort in mind - over 70 percent of office spaces have access to natural daylight and stunning views of downtown. As a result, occupant surveys reveal a happy and productive workforce.
