ESTABLECIMIENTO DE SANIDAD MILITAR is a healthcare project developed by the Ministry of National Defense and located in the city of Bogotá. This building will offer health services to people that are or have been part of the National Army of Colombia.
As part of the social and environmental responsibility policy, the company has established strategies to prove their commitment to the environment and society, mitigating many of the impacts generated by its industry. Therefore, the process for LEED certification for its distribution centers is required to achieve the measures and policies that new technology and sustainable buildings demand.
The project Establecimiento de Sanidad Militar is an outpatient healthcare building that offers health services to people that is or have been part of the national army of Colombia. It consists in one underground floor that includes parking spaces, technical rooms, and some operative spaces; the floors from 1 to 5 has multiple medical rooms like, surgery, rehabilitation, recovery rooms, and offices. In the third floor, there is also a green roof that allows the occupants to enjoy the view and fresh air of the project's area.
