Falabella Buenavista

Falabella Buenavista located in Barranquilla (ATL) CO, is the new store of Falabella Colombia that obtained LEED Certification, continuing with the corporative sustainability guidelines of Falabella Worldwide, based on the consumption of resources that every store uses in its operational phase and therefore in the useful life of the infrastructure (which is not less than 30 years), which are related to energy and water costs in the stores, and the involvement of these with the environment in a period of time like this or higher, we can see that their involvement is not less than the environmental cost of buildings which we can mitigate with buildings that impact less on the environment and in turn favor the reduction of operating costs, increased productivity and quality of life of its occupants.
