FINSA Multitenant IV Aguascalientes, a Core and Shell project, is LEED Gold certified. As part of its commitment to sustainability, FINSA has decided to enroll in the LEED Certification Volume program and has adopted best practices and procedures for the development of its Multitenant Buildings.
The project is an industrial building of 111,000 sqft that consists of a speculative industrial facility, offices, and guardhouse, with spaces that will be buildout and finished by the tenant as per their needs. FINSA Multitenant IV Aguascalientes, located in Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, México, has implemented a series of strategies resulting in achievements in sustainability such as:
• More than 55% of the products are regional and with recycled content.
• 47% in potable water savings through efficient equipment and no outdoor irrigation by using native vegetation.
• More than 71% of energy savings compared to baseline projects.
