Multitenant FINSA Otanez, a Core and Shell project is LEED Gold Certified. As part of its commitment to sustainability, FINSA has decided to enroll in the LEED Certification Volume program and has adopted Best Practices and procedures for the development of its Multitenant Buildings.
The project is an industrial building of 111,000 sq ft that consists of a speculative industrial facility, offices, and guardhouse, with spaces that will be equipped and finished by the tenant as per their needs. Multitenant FINSA Tijjuana Otanez, located in Baja California, Mexico, has implemented a series of strategies resulting in achievements in sustainability such as: 14% in energy savings achieved by lighting strategies,
42% in potable water savings through efficient equipment and reduction to 0% irrigation water because of a xeriscaping design, 35% of the total building materials have recycled content and 26% are regional.
