Green Levels Munich

Last certified on:
Certification level: Gold

Project info

Size25,060 sq m

Green levels is located on the site of the former Siemens production facilities in Munich's Sendling-Westpark. On an area of around 13,500 sqm apartments, social facilities, offices as well as shopping and open spaces were built. The five buildings enclose three green courtyards with different characters, which serve as a place for everyday encounters and exchange. A total of 263 apartments were built in the quarter.

Playgrounds are laid out on the intensively green community roof terraces. The use of offices was concentrated in the construction phase on Hansastraße. Several shops (drug market, pharmacy, food market) and a kindergarten round off the mix. The mobility concept includes cargo bikes and shopping trolleys. E-charging stations for bicycles and cars are located in all underground garages.
