Honeywell Global Headquarters at Legacy Union is a 23-story mixed-use property located directly across from Bank of America Stadium in Uptown Charlotte. The property includes ground-floor retail, ten levels of office with terraces on the 22nd and 23rd floors, and a podium parking garage with 814 spaces. The 0.935-acre site is part of a project led by Lincoln Harris that transformed 10-acres of what was once the former Charlotte Observer building into what is now Legacy Union.
The project was purpose-built to Honeywell specifications, which allowed for the project team to work with Honeywell to achieve their goal in integrating technology to improve efficiency and create carbon reducing practices.
