Invesco HQ

​​​​​​The project is a new global headquarters for Invesco located in Midtown Atlanta. It involves the interior design and fit-out of office space within Midtown Union. The project serves Invesco employees and clients by providing a state-of-the-art workplace focused on sustainability, health, and wellness. The project has achieved both LEED and WELL Platinum certification, the highest available ratings for these premier programs and the WELL Equity Rating and WELL Health Safety Rating. The project holistically integrated sustainability from pre-design onward, allowing high-performance levels to be achieved. Notable features include a 47% reduction in embodied carbon compared to a baseline build, rigorous requirements met for energy efficiency, acoustics, air and water quality, and strict materials selection for health, wellness, and environmental performance. The space is designed to promote employee wellbeing, with enhanced air filtration, water quality, nutritious food options, fitness amenities, and biophilic design elements. The project aligns strategically with Invesco's corporate ESG and CSR goals and contributes to Invesco's targets for reducing energy intensity, carbon emissions, water consumption, and increasing waste diversion. Overall, this project demonstrates Invesco's comprehensive commitment to sustainability, wellness and forward-thinking workplace design at its new global headquarters.
