QIANHAI KERRY CENTRE BAYVIEW A1 with a total gross floor area of 185,243 sf has achieved LEED CS v3 Gold requirement in collaboration with EMSI. QIANHAI KERRY CENTRE BAYVIEW A1 is part of campus project QIANHAI KERRY CENTRE.

QIANHAI KERRY CENTRE is a mixed-use complex integrates office buildings, apartments, advocating and practicing the concept of green and healthy buildings. The project is owned by Kerry Properties, which puts sustainability at the heart of everything they do.

QIANHAI KERRY CENTRE is located at a well-developed area of Qianwan Marina Coast, Shenzhen city, with diverse use services and convenient public transportation within walking distance. It provides facilities for daily life, thereby greatly reducing the travel demand of motor vehicles, saving energy and protecting the environment.

QIANHAI KERRY CENTRE BAYVIEW A1 has fully considered sustainability goals during the whole life cycle, including design and construction phase. High-performing building envelope, energy-efficient VRF systems have been designed and built. Sufficient fresh air ventilation, and strictly limit the pollutants of indoor decoration materials, such as formaldehyde, VOC, etc., to reduce the introduction or release of indoor polluted air from the source. The selected indoor paints, coatings, adhesives, sealants, floors, etc., all meet the LEED and WELL building standards, which can ensure good indoor air quality and occupants’ health. All the construction teams have strictly implemented the indoor air quality management plan, so QIANHAI KERRY CENTRE BAYVIEW A1 has also meet the on-site air test requirement of WELL v2 pilot and obtained WELL v2 pilot Gold certification. Besides, there is a natural and spacious central green space, creating a smart shared community public outdoor space. It is designed to encourages interaction with the environment, social interaction and physical activities.
