Located in a developed area, it helps mitigate urban pressure on natural zones and reduces vehicular emissions, with 22% of occupants using public transportation and 40% arriving on foot. Live Aqua Urban Resort consumes less potable water than 28% of similarly sized buildings, thanks to the careful selection of bathroom fixtures and accessories.
