The largest school district in New Mexico, Albuquerque Public Schools (APS) serves students in Albuquerque and the surrounding region including Rio Rancho, Tijeras, San Antonito, and Edgewood. To aid in APS’ goal of LEED Silver or better certification for all new construction, NORESCO was selected as an on-demand LEED consultant for the district. NORESCO was able to provide a comprehensive range of LEED certification services for this project. Congratulations to the entire project team in helping Marie Hughes Elementary School achieve LEED Gold where it was able to achieve an energy cost savings of 68 percent!
