The building is a 73,300 sqm logistics warehouse in the heart of an employment pool of 600,000 inhabitants 1h30 from Paris. The objective of a LEED Silver certification was to offer a sustainable logistics building with the installation of responsible technical equipment and materials, monitoring of energy consumption, monitoring of seasonal commissioning after construction and management biodiversity of the site. The project also paid particular attention to the use of water. After several design sessions, the project now promotes low-consumption sanitary equipment and drainage of rainwater via landscaped basins and valleys. The quality of the indoor air, the supply of natural light and the regulation of heating and air conditioning by rooms provide users with everyday comfort.
