Via Meravigli 12-14
Milano, MI 20121

LEED Gold 2017

The Via Meravigli 12 building is located in the heart of the Milan city center and is six stories high with a tower that reaches 10 floors topped by a panoramic terrace overlooking the Sforza Castle and the Milan Cathedral.

The building footprint has two internal courtyards used for internal circulation and a back yard facing Via Giulini. On the Via Meravigli front the facade is compact and decorated. It nicely stands out among the surrounding buildings.

The Via Meravigli 12 project was a major renovation project with a deep retrofit which leveraged the potential of the existing building and delivered an optimally designed, innovative and multifunctional work environment. The project adopted cutting edge technologies and state of the art materials maximizing building performance and occupant comfort.

Sustainability was the main driver of the project and it was ensured by adopting USGBC’s LEED rating system in order to guide the design, support the construction, and lead the operation towards sustainability. It achieved the upper echelon of the Gold level certification with 71 points.
