Multitenant FINSA Santa Catarina III, a Core and Shell project, is LEED Gold certified. As part of its commitment to sustainability, FINSA has decided to enroll in the LEED Certification Volume program and has adopted Best Practices and procedures for the development of its Multitenant Buildings.
The project is an industrial building of 135,129 sqft that consists of a speculative industrial facility, offices, and guardhouse, with spaces that will be equipped and finished by the tenant as per their needs. Multitenant FINSA Santa Catarina III, located in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, México, has implemented a series of strategies resulting in achievements in sustainability such as:
• 30% in energy savings achieved by lighting strategies and thermal studies.
• 44% in potable water savings through efficient equipment and 67% of irrigation water coming 100% from a treatment plant
• 97% in waste diversion in the construction and demolition of the project.
• 66% of the building materials come from the project’s region.
