Multitenant FINSA Santa Catarina IV, a Core and Shell project, is LEED Gold certified. As part of its commitment to sustainability, FINSA has decided to enroll in the LEED Certification Volume program and has adopted best practices and procedures for the development of its Multitenant Buildings.
The project is an industrial building of 222,818.72 sqft that consists of a speculative industrial facility, offices, and guardhouse, with spaces that will be buildout and finished by the tenant as per their needs. Multitenant FINSA Santa Catarina IV, located in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, México, has implemented a series of strategies resulting in achievements in sustainability such as:
• More than 40% of the products are regional and with recycled content.
• 46% in potable water savings through efficient equipment and no outdoor irrigation by using native vegetation.
• More than 20% of energy savings compared to baseline projects.
