Neuhoff Block 1

Trailing the Cumberland River, 1320 Adams Street is now home to Neuhoff Block 1, which achieved LEED Gold certification. The historic reuse development is comprised of 288,000 square feet of Class A office space, with an additional 8,000 square feet designated for ground-level retail. The project offers an abundance of outdoor space and is situated in Historic Germantown, renowned as the most pedestrian-friendly area in the city of Nashville. Salvaged bricks, stones and original columns contribute to material reutilization while retaining significant historical structural elements. Neuhoff Block 1 illustrates its commitment to sustainability through the development's historic reuse, access to quality views, heat island reduction, and energy and water efficiency.
