Neuhoff Block 2

Located within the Neuhoff District in Nashville's most creative and walkable neighborhoods, 1316 Adams Street earns LEED Silver certification with 108,000 square feet of Class A loft office space, 43,000 square feet of retail and amenity space and a river-facing amphitheater. Neuhoff Block 2 or "The Curve" is a 6 story historic reuse project that represents a rebirth of the former industrial district by reutilizing salvaged windows and structural elements, contributing to the reduction of building life cycle impact. Other sustainability goals were achieved through outdoor spaces, underground parking, and surrounding density.
