This project, as the first LEED Gold facility in the commercial truck leasing and maintenance space, demonstrates to others in the industry the potential for high building performance development. This project both challenges peers within the local community to optimize operations and serves as a visual example based on the ability to see rooftop PV panels adjacent to the I-55 interstate.
