PhRMA

PhRMA relocated its headquarters to Southeast Washington, DC. PhRMA’s 232 employees occupy floors 8, 9, and 10 within a LEED-certified base building, near many options for the city’s public transportation system and several restaurants and shops.  The new space strives to showcase the qualities of discovery, authenticity, and invigoration of PhRMA.  The new office includes thoughtfully designed interconnecting stairs to highlight a dynamic workplace. Additionally, the project mindfully selected plumbing fixtures to reduce their water usage. The project was also committed to tracking its energy usage, understanding the importance of energy-saving opportunities that can be realized when metered.
