The Pointe is owned and managed by Cousins Properties, Inc. Cousins pursues a number of company-wide efforts to enhance efficiency, resiliency, and well-being for properties, employees and the community. The Pointe is located west of Old Tampa Bay, the body of water separating Tampa and the Clearwater-St. Petersburg peninsula. The building is on the southern-most tip of a small stretch of land that juts into the bay, at the end of N Rocky Point Drive with amazing views over the water.
