This 10,000 SF fire station is certified LEED Gold. Water to the facility is provided by four wells located in the storage tank pump house. In addition, a cistern collects rainwater that is used for on-site irrigation. There is a wastewater septic system that also provides drip irrigation. The facility can be fully supported with it’s own power generator during a power failure. This facility also contains multiple offices, watch room, day room, commercial kitchen, meeting room for 50 people, restrooms, lockers and support facilities.
