South III is an industrial facility located in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, featuring speculative warehouse, manufacturing, and office spaces. Designed with a strong focus on minimizing environmental impact, the building prioritizes energy efficiency and overall sustainability.

Through the implementation of strategic measures, South III has successfully achieved a 29% reduction in electricity consumption for interior lighting and a 40.2% reduction for exterior lighting. Additionally, it has achieved a significant 54.86% decrease in indoor water usage due to installed restrooms in the  guardhouse.

To further enhance sustainability, the facility incorporates high-reflective materials in its exterior walls, effectively reducing the heat island effect. Likewise, all strategies implemented in alignment with LEED certification are highlighted through a mural, ensuring that occupants and visitors are informed about the building’s sustainable initiatives.
