The developers were motivated to pursue LEED. They saw the opportunity to be a community leader and embrace a sustainability program that married together with the focus on island culture in Hawaii, which includes a responsibility and privilege to develop with respect for the land and environment.

Symphony Honolulu features contemporary design, panoramic views, and finely orchestrated amenities that remind residents why they live in Hawaii. OliverMcMillan notes that 85% of their original buyers were from Oahu and that 100 Reserved Housing residences were delivered to many first-time homebuyers.
