This commitment is exemplified in the ongoing renewal of their U.S. headquarters in Atlanta, which revitalized an existing warehouse on the UCB campus into a dynamic amenity hub for employees and visitors. The project team worked with Ecoworks Studio to achieve both LEED Gold and WELL Platinum certifications, underscoring their dedication to green building practices and employee health. The Atlanta Warehouse is notable as the first pharmaceutical project globally to earn dual LEED Gold certifications and WELL Platinum, and the first WELL Platinum Certified project in Georgia.
