UND Gorecki Alumni Center

3501 University Avenue
Grand Forks, ND 58202
United States

LEED Platinum 2013

The University of North Dakota Alumni and Foundation Center opened the doors to a new state-of-the-art facility in the heart of campus. Its new location is prominently viewed from University Avenue with beautiful views and access to the English Coulee.

At approximately 38,000 square feet, the new building houses development, alumni services and administration functions in addition to a 200-seat ballroom and conference facilities. The Center serves not only former students, but is also a central point of communication for new and potential students visiting the campus.

The UND Gorecki Alumni Center is the first LEED Platinum building in North Dakota. It is the model all facilities aspire to in terms of energy savings and operational efficiencies.
